1] Heard both sides.

2] The applicant, who is arrested in connection with Crime No. M-2/2010 registered at Shirsala Police Station, Dist. Beed, for the offence punishable under sections 465, 467,468, 471, 409, 420 r/w. 34 of IPC, is praying for his release on bail.

3] The allegations are that, though the applicant in collusion with officers of the bank has obtained compensation under the National Crop Insurance Scheme, by forging some documents showing that he is owner of certain land, though, in fact, he is not the owner.

4] Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a private complaint was filed by son of the applicant against mother of the complainant Mangal Gitte, who was member of the Gram Panchayat. on the basis of the proceedings alleged by the son of the applicant against mother of the complainant, she was

disqualified from being member of the Gram Panchayat. Aggrieved by this, the present false complaint is filed against the applicant and as such, he may be released on bail.

4] Learned APP vehemently opposed the application.

5] In my view, the investigation is complete and there is nothing to be recovered. Hence, the following order :-

[i] The applicant be released on his executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- and also on furnishing surety in the like amount.
