that eight named persons, including the present applicant had quarreled with him over the question of obtaining work from one Udmale. During the incident one David Danial Pawar i.e. the real brother of the present applicant gave one blow with a wooden log on his head due to which he started bleeding. Thereupon the victim of the offence was admitted to the hospital.
