The accused/applicant, husband of Smt. Archana, has urged to release him on bail in crime No. I-84 of 2012 at Pathardi police station, for an offences punishable under Sections 307, 498-A, 323, 504, 506 r.w. 34 of I.P.C.

In an unfortunate event, it is alleged, Archana was attempted to

set ablaze by the accused/applicant Piraji and his other relations.

Archana, as per certificate, has suffered 36% superficial deep burns and discharged from the hospital on 26.4.2012.

Grievance of Piraji is that the incident projected in the F.I.R. is of 12.4.2012 is not so, it has happened in the night of 9^th and 10^th of April, 2012, witnessed by several villagers, initially, Archana did not attribute accusation fingers to Piraji. However, according to him, facts are magnified to rope in the applicant.

The charge sheet is filed. The applicant Piraji has no criminal record. He is in custody from 20.4.2012. Least chance of influencing the witnesses, as few of them are from parental side of Archana and few are of villagers.

In the above facets, the accused/applicant Piraji Vitthal Gaikwad be released on his furnishing P.R. bond and surety in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only), on the following conditions:-

a) The accused/applicant shall not leave Ahmednagar District till conclusion of trial without prior leave of the concerned Sessions Court.

b) The accused/applicant shall not persuade/influence the witnesses and shall not commit any offence.

c) The accused/applicant shall attend the investigator on 1^st Sunday of every month between 3.00 to 6.00 p.m. upto February, 2013.

The application is allowed in the above terms and disposed of.
