to quandary due to fault of the applicants.

the applicants have deposited Rs.50,000/- (Rupees
fifty thousand) in this Court on 15.5.2012, interim
2 Cr.Appln.No.2170/12 protection in favour of the applicants is made absolute. The attendance conditions to remain in force till 31st August, 2012.
3)Heard. The original complainant is at
liberty to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- without
any further application on identification by learned
Counsel.
