The offence is registered under Sections 498-A, 306 read
with Section 34 of the I.P.C.

2.The cause of death is shock due to burns. The

statements recorded under Section 161 of Cr.P.C. do not
disclose cruelty and ill-treatment on account of dowry
related demands. It is not shown that at the time of
recording dying declaration deceased was physically and
mentally fit to give the statement.

Prima facie, the allegations in the evidence collected by
the prosecution against the applicant is not strong
enough for which he is charged.

above, this application is allowed in terms of prayer
(B). Personal bond and surety bonds shall be in the sum

of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand).
