1) Heard Mr.Jondhale for the accused/applicants;
learned APP for State and learned counsel for the
complainant, opposing the bail application.
2) By orders dated 3rd May, 2012, interim protection
with attendance condition was granted, which is in
force till today. There is no grievance from the
prosecution about the attendance schedule
scrupulously followed by the applicants.
3) Considering the nature of controversies the matter
more leans to civil dispute than criminal
activities of the female applicants.
4) Consequently, interim protection granted on 3rd
