1.Heard learned A.P.P. appearing for the

Applicants.

2.By an order dated 2nd February, 2012,
passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.1036 of 2011,
we directed the Respondents therein to pass
appropriate orders within two weeks from the date
of order. The learned A.P.P. placed on record a
communication made by Dr. Sandeep R. Bhajibhakare,
Special Executive Magistrate and Assistant
Commissioner of Police, Cantonment Region,
Aurangabad, dated 13th March, 2012. The same is
taken on record and marked at "X" for
identification.

3.The learned A.P.P. on instructions,

submits that authority concerned is also
discharging duties as Investigating Officer. At
present the Officer is engaged in detecting
serious offences, which are registered with the

police. On instructions, the learned A.P.P.
submits that appropriate orders on merits, would
be passed within one month from today, in respect
of the subject matter involved in this Petition.

4.Considering the difficulties of the

Officer explained to us by the learned A.P.P., we
direct the Applicant No.2, to dispose of finally
the proceedings under Section 145 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, in respect of Gat No.10 of
Rauraspura and Gat No.23 of village Padegaon, by
passing reasoned order, within ONE MONTH from
today.

5.With these observations, the Application
is disposed of.

6. Authenticated copy of this order be
provided to the learned A.P.P., for communicating
the same to the concerned Authorities.
