The applicant, who is appellant in
Criminal Appeal No. 296 of 2012, has filed this
application for grant of bail.
It appears that by our order dated 10th
September, 2012, we had recorded that the
learned counsel for the applicants/appellants
in other connected appeals do not press the
relief of suspension of sentence and
enlargement of the applicants on bail during
pendency of the appeals for the present. We
had also directed that the paper-books be

prepared within three weeks and appeals be
listed for hearing.
We are informed that the paper-books have
been prepared and Mr. Daga, learned counsel for
the applicant, has also received a copy of the
paper-book.
Since we had directed listing of the
appeals on preparation of the paper-books, we
direct that the appeals be listed for final
hearing in the week commencing from 15th
October, 2012, subject to any overnight part
heard matter.
This application is accordingly dismissed
with the aforesaid directions.
