Considering the factual situation, as of now 19 witnesses are already examined and the learned Presiding Officer earlier was not available, therefore, I do not see any reason to further giving direction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Islampur, Dist. Sangli for completion of Sessions Case no.46 of 2007 within a month.
The learned Judge, considering the pendency of the Sessions Case and accused to be in custody, shall dispose of the same expeditiously or as per the previous directions of time Schedule.
The application is disposed of.
