2. The complainant, Smt. Jaya Ghadage was acquainted to the accused
applicant Bandu Chaudhari being regular visitor to police station. She asserts, while she was proceeding in her Indica Car the accusedapplicant allegedly while driving his Bolero jeep attempted to dash her, even abused her, snatched her gold ornaments.
