The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent on instructions stated that the main Application being Application (ESI) No.58 of 1990 was disposed of by an order dated 17th January, 2009 and in fact, the First Appeal No.1967 of 2010 filed against the final order has been admitted by this Court. The impugned order is an interim order granting stay and no adjudication has been made by the impugned order on merits. In view of the disposal of the main Application, this Appeal does not survive and the same is disposed of.
