Heard Mr.Purwant, the learned Counsel representing Smt.Poonam Shekhar Malji, Mr.Shahadev Ramkrishna Lande, Sandip Bhagwan Kadam and Vijaykumar Rajendra Lokmanwar. He has to file affidavit of those applicants urging not to cancel their anticipatory bail. The learned APP submits that the State has already moved the learned Additional Sessions Judge for cancellation of anticipatory bail of those persons. The matter is pending before the said Court fixed on 9.11.2011 and 19.11.2012. 2. In the light of the observations of this Court dated 2.8.2012, the learned Additional Sessions Judge shall decide the application moved by the State. Consequently, notices issued to the above referred persons is terminated.
