Applicant apprehends arrest in C.R. No.30 of 2012 of Tembhurni
Police Station, Solapur. The F.I.R. discloses the incident which is said to have taken place on 1st March, 2012. A reading of the F.I.R. goes to show that on account of traffic jam at the road which is mentioned in the F.I.R the members of the public were disturbed and at the relevant time the present applicant alongwith others tried to jump the traffic rules which resulted into road rage between the police staff present at site. Looking to the manner in which the incident has taken place it appears that it was at the spur of moment. In my view, in the peculiar facts and circumstances, the applicant can be granted anticipatory bail. Hence following order is passed :

ii. Applicant to execute P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/.
iii. Applicant to report to the police station firstly on 7th May, 2012 between 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and, thereafter, as and when called for.
