(i) Defendant Nos.1 and 2 agree and undertake to transfer the domain name ‘www.vineetjain.com’ to plaintiff no.2 unconditionally on or before 4^th April 2012. The statement and the undertaking are accepted and it is hereby so ordered and decreed.

In view of the said statement and the undertaking, no further reliefs are claimed.

(ii) However, in the event of this order not being complied with for any reason whatsoever, the suit shall stand automatically revived/restored to file.
