2.The learned counsel for the petitioner
submits that petitioner would be retiring from
service within two years. The petitioner joined
in the year 1983. It is surprising that since
last more than twenty (20) years, the
petitioner's caste proposal was not forwarded.
It was forwarded in the year 2010. The petitioner
is making out urgency now on the ground that the
petitioner would lose his chance of promotion.
3.Prima facie, we are not convinced to
direct the Committee for time bound disposal of
the claim of the petitioner. However, the
Committee is entitled to expeditiously dispose of
the petitioner's caste claim subject to
petitioner's cooperation.
4.The Writ Petition is disposed of.
