1.This petition was urgently circulated
today itself on the ground that the office of
petitioner was sealed by Revenue Officer, in

execution of recovery of non-agricultural tax.
2.Mrs.Gondhalekar, learned Asstt. Govt.
Pleader placed on record a fax communication
issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Jalna,
dated 1.3.2011. Learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader
submits that the seal put on the office of the
petitioner has been removed.
3.Learned counsel for petitioner submits
that against the recovery orders/notices, appeal
has been preferred by the petitioner before the
competent authority.
4.Without expressing any opinion on the
merits of the matter, the petition stands
disposed of on the statement made by the learned
counsel.
