1.Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner-
original accused.

2.Summary Criminal Case No. 1899 of 2009 is

pending before JMFC, Kolhapur. It appears that the
Complainant had led evidence. After that there was an
argument for exhibiting certain documents. The learned
JMFC directed to exhibit five documents but the cheque
was not exhibited as there was no evidence about the
handwriting and signature on the same. Thereafter the
Complainant filed an application seeking permission to
lead further evidence. That application was opposed.
