While permitting the withdrawal of the Petition, the Division Bench by its order dated 12 December 2011, had granted the Petitioner liberty to approach the “private” committee. Obviously, the word “private” is a typographical error since the Petitioner has a remedy to approach the “grievance” committee of the University. The order dated 12 December 2011 shall accordingly stand corrected by substituting the word “private” with the word “grievance”. The modification is not opposed.
