In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner is seeking the following relief:
"a) This Honourable Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction restraining the respondent no.1 and 2 from withdrawing the security guards listed at Exhibit 'A' hereto from the respondent no.2 establishment or in any other way transferring them from the respondent no.2 establishment."

This court while issuing Rule on 24th September, 1998 passed interim order in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:
"b) pending the hearing and final disposal of this Petition, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to restrain the respondent No.1 and 2 from withdrawing the security guards listed at Exh. 'A' to the Petition from the Respondent No.2 establishment or in any way transferring them from the Respondent No.2 establishment."
From the interim relief that was granted in 1998 it appears that the petition itself stands worked out and hence, nobody is coming forward to argue this petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
