The Government Resolution contains guidelines as to how much period is to be granted for various stages of inviting tenders. There cannot be any strait-jacket formula. Impugned invitation of tenders gives six days’ time for collection of tender form. In our opinion, it is neither unreasonable nor arbitrary. Petition is rejected.
