1.Mr. Barde, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner, submits that the petitioner is dead.
2.Thepetitionerhadchallengedhis
termination order which was passed on the ground that
the petitioner had failed to submit the caste
validity certificate.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits
that the petitioner's relatives would take
appropriate steps in respect of the proceedings of
getting Caste Validity Certificate, gratuity and

deceased petitioner. Leave is accordingly granted.
4.In the light of the statement made, the
petition is disposed of. All the issues are kept
