1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In this petition, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 5.3.2011 issued by respondent 3 - Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar terminating her services as Arogya Sevika, since she did not submit caste validity certificate on/or before 28.2.2011. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, concerned Scrutiny Committee has issued caste validity certificate on 29.6.2011 in favour of the petitioner. In view thereof, learned counsel for respondents 3 to 5 submits that if the petitioner makes a representation to respondent 3 for her reinstatement, respondent 3 will consider the same sympathetically.

Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, we are satisfied that this petition can be conveniently disposed of by the following order.

(A) The petitioner is allowed to make representation along with copy of the caste validity certificate issued by respondent 2 - Scrutiny Committee within a period of four weeks from today to respondent 3 seeking her reinstatement.
