Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, states that the
petitioner is right in pointing out that the son of the deceased had made second complaint with regard to the same incident. On instructions, he states that no action has been taken on the second complaint against the petitioner, but the petitioner will be prosecuted on the basis of the first complaint of the deceased.
In view of the above statement, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Same is disposed of.
