Heard Shri Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Manohar, learned counsel for the respondents.
The submission of learned counsel for respondents No. 1 to 3 that the petitioner is subsequently dismissed after holding an inquiry is found supported by an order dated 07.06.2010 annexed with the application bearing CAW No.1673 of 2011. In view of the same, his further submission is that the challenge in the petition being confined to the suspension order, the petition has become infructuous is justified.
Having regard to the same, present petition is disposed of as infructuous. Rule discharged. No costs.
