. It is stated that the Presiding Officer of the Maharashtra
Revenue Tribunal having taken charge, the petitioner may approach the said Tribunal by filing revision application. To enable the petitioner to file the same, ad-interim protection be extended. The petition is disposed off on the ground that the petitioner has an alternate and equally efficacious remedy available under the law. To enable the petitioner to avail of the said remedy, the ad-interim order passed by this Court on 9th March 2011 shall continue for a period of six weeks from today.
