1 The offer which was given to the Petitioner has not been accepted, and the terms of the said offer have also not been complied with by the Petitioner in any manner. The said offer therefore cannot be directed to be implemented. The learned AGP appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2, on instructions of the concerned officer, states that a revised offer inter alia on new terms and conditions would be made to the Petitioner within a period of six weeks from date. It would be for the Petitioner to accept the said revised offer if so made to it. In the light of the statement made by the learned AGP for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 no further directions need to be issued in the above Petition. The above Writ Petition accordingly to stand disposed of.
