occasion i.e. on 5-10-2011 also none was present for the Petitioner. The Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 Mr. Sanglikar states that this Court by its Judgment dated 7-6-2010 dismissed the Writ Petition No.2473 of 1996 filed by the Petitioner herein, thereby upholding the eviction order. In any case, it appears that the Petitioner by not remaining present has shown that he is not interested in the Petition. The Petition is accordingly dismissed for non prosecution. Rule discharged.
