However, as the learned A.P.P. on instructions of PSI Mr.A.B.Mhandale who is present in Court submits that if the Petitioner were to present herself in the local police station for recording of her statement, the same will be recorded and if it discloses cognizable offence, necessary action as may be required in accordance with law will be taken thereafter.
