prays for writ of habeas corpus or any other order in the like manner for the release of his father Shri Rameshwardas Agarwal (respondent no.3).
2 It is alleged by the petitioner that respondent no.2 Mrs. Urmila Agarwal and her children have confined his father i.e. respondent no.3 illegally and was not allowing to meet the petitioner.

3 By our order dated 25.7.2011, the Senior Inspector from
Santacruz Police Station, Mumbai was directed to get the statement of respondent no.3 recorded by visiting his house, and the same has been done.
4 The learned counsel for the petitioner now states that he has oral instructions to withdraw the Petition after the statement of respondent no.3 has been recorded by the Police.
5 Leave granted, and the Petition is disposed as withdrawn.
