Contention is non-service of report of Deputy Chief Executive Officer or then certificate dated 6.5.2009 by Sub Primary Health Centre, Konda and, therefore, violation of principles of natural justice, has not been looked into by learned Single Judge. Learned AGP Mr. J.B. Jaiswal states such arguments were not advanced before learned Single Judge.
Perusal of the impugned order reveals nonmention of any such arguments. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. With liberty to the appellant to take appropriate steps in the matter, the present L.P.A. is disposed of.
