Advocate Mr. Mirza for the appellants states that in spite of best efforts he could not get appropriate instructions from appellants to implead elected Directors of A.P.M.C. as party respondents.
Mrs. Dangre learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent no.1 contents that in view of subsequent election and this development, challenge is rendered infructuous.
It is apparent that because of the subsequent election and as newly elected Directors are not respondents before this Court, the challenge as raised has become infructuous. L.P.A. is disposed of accordingly.
