- This Chamber Summons is taken out by the plaintiff to bring the heirs of deceased defendant No.4 on record. The learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the heirs of defendant No.4, who are the proposed respondents have refused to accept the summons. He states that he will file affidavit of service in that regard within a week from today. Statement is accepted. Chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (c).
