This Application is for cutting down of 1 Mango, 1 Guava and 1 Coconut tree for which the Committee has granted its permission. The Petitioner has undertaken to plant three trees of the same species in lieu of each tree and to maintain the trees. Learned counsel also states that the Petitioner would plant half grown trees to ensure that they survive. We accordingly grant permission in these terms and dispose of the Civil Application.
