3 Perused the affidavit of one Mr.Neelesh Ramesh Gatne, Regional Officer of Respondent No.2 – Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation,

Pune. In paragraph No.10 of the said affidavit, he stated that the entire compensation amount of Rs. 42,00,000/- has been disbursed. The communication dated 21st July, 2010 issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Junnar addressed to Respondent No.2 has been annexed to the said affidavit which discloses that the compensation of Rs.42,00,000/- has been already disbursed. The statements made in the affidavit are accepted. Hence, no relief can be granted in this application and the same is rejected.
