.This is an application for bail by

persons, who are arrested in connection with

C.R.No.105 of 2010 for the offence punishable

under Sections 341, 376(g), 506 read with

Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code
registered with Pangri Police Station, who

have committed gang rape on 18 years old girl.

The incident allegedly took place in a field

where a crop of Toor was standing on 14th
October, 2010. The report was given on 15th

October, 2010 and the medical examination on
15th October, 2010 which revealed a torn hymen.
The medical officer has now certified that
tear was old and it may be more than seven
days old. In any case, investigation is

complete and charge sheet has been filed and
the applicant is in jail for the last six
months. There is no reason why the applicants
should not be admitted to bail pending their
trial which may take time.

2.In view of this, both the applicants

be released on bail on their furnishing
P.R.Bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more
solvent sureties in the aggregate sum of Rs.
25,000/- on the condition that they shall
scrupulously keep themselves away from the
prosecutrix and the prosecution witnesses and
shall report at the Pangri Police Station on
the 1st Sunday of the month between 10:00 a.m.
