.This is an application for bail by 20

years old boy, who is arrested in connection

with C.R.No.406 of 2010 for the offence
punishable under Sections 376 & 504 of the
IndianPenalCoderegisteredwith

Mohol Police Station, District Solapur and who

is alleged to have committed rape upon an

adult prosecutrix. Investigation is complete
and charge sheet has been filed. The

applicant is in jail for the last six months.

Laboratory did not indicate any connecting
link between the applicant and prosecutrix.

2.In view of this, applicant be released
on bail on his furnishing P.R.Bond of Rs.
50,000/- with one or more solvent sureties in
the aggregate sum of Rs.50,000/- till the
trial is over.
