This is an application for bail by one
Bala @ Sadanand Ganpat Solse, who has been
charge-sheeted because, according to the
police, he was involved in the murder of one
Arun Jadhav. The first informant had named four
other persons but the police told the first
informant that the applicant and some others
were involved rather than the persons named in
the FIR. A seat cover of the car which was
stained with blood was seized at the instance
of the applicant. The seat cover was sent to
the Forensic Science Laboratory which reports
that the it did have stains of human blood but
the report of blood grouping was inconclusive.

Considering the nature of the evidence
collected, the applicant's being at large
pending the trial is unlikely to adversely
affect the trial. In view of this, the
applicant be released on bail in Sessions Case
No.86 of 2010, pending on the file of the
learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan,
arising out of C.R. No.49 of 2009 of Tokavade
Police Station, District Thane on his
furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-
with one or more solvent sureties in the sum
aggregatingto Rs.50,000/- on the condition that
the applicant shall attend the police station
concerned on the first Sunday of every month in
between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. till the trial
is over. The application accordingly stands
disposed of.
