.Heard the learned Counsel for the
respective parties.
2.This is an application for bail by the
two applicants, who are alleged to have
illicit intimacy with each other seek
enlargement on bail for the offence of murder
of applicant No.1's husband registered as
C.R.No.90 of 2010 for the offence punishable
under Sections 302, 201, 120(b) read with

Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered
with Khalapur Police Station. Investigation
is complete and charge sheet has been filed.
The case rests solely on circumstantial
evidence which is unlikely to be altered or
affected. Therefore, applicants' being in
custody for the purpose of investigation may
not be necessary. Applicants be released on
bail on their furnishing P.R.Bond of Rs.
25,000/- each with one or more solvent
sureties in the aggregate sum of Rs.25,000/-
on the condition that they shall report at
Khalapur Police Station on every Sunday
between 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. till the trial
is over.
