3.However, though it is
alleged that they were preparing for
committing Decoity but, that itself,
would not be a ground to extend
further custody. As stated earlier,
they have no criminal record, they are
in custody since 27thJan.,2011.
They are directed to be released on
bail, on conditions.

liberty, shall entail cancellation of
