1.Heard. The accused/applicants
Gangadhar, Balu @ Ramesh and Navnath
are father-in-law and brother-in-law,
respectively, of the deceased. Mr.
Temkar has submitted affidavit of Sunil
Sahebrao Kadam, Abasaheb Patilba
Jadhav, certificate of Sarpanch and
Village Development Officer of Pokhari
Baleshwar,andRohidasHaribhau
Phatangare. He reiterates, these
accused/applicantsareresiding
separately at and nearby the area of
Cooperative Sugar Factory at Sangamner.
Applicants Balu and Navnath are
unmarried while Gangadhar is vending
vegetables. Balu and Navnath are

engaged as labours with a contractor.
These aspects prima facie are not
controverted by State. Nothing
incriminating was recovered from them.
Apparently, no role in exhorting
deceased Asha to commit suicide.
These facts and also the accused
Gangadhar being in custody from 17th
Feb.,2011, accused Ramesh and Navnath
in custody from 8th Feb.,2011, hence the
accused/applicants are directed to be
released on bail on conditions.
ORDER
(a)The accused/applicants be released
on bail on furnishing P.R. bond and
surety in the sum of Rs.15,000/- ( Rs.
Fifteen thousand), each, in Crime No.I.
9/2011, registered at Sangamner Police
Station (Gharegaon), taluka Sangamner.
The accused/applicants, after their
release,shallnot coerce the
witnesses, influence them otherwise.
Both the applications allowed.
