seeks to be released on bail.

of a future prospect of happy
married life, married to the
accused Deepak on 15.5.2010,
unmindful that within a span of
4/5 months, she will be required
to breath her last. The
matrimonialcontroversyover
demand of dowry, non fulfillment

thereof, forced her, due to
coercive approach of in-laws,
including husband Deepak, to
commit suicide by jumping in a
well. Chargesheet is filed on
24.12.2010. The grief stricken
parents and the witnesses, in
unequivocal terms, illustrated as
to how the victim was harassed
mentally,torturedfornon
compliance of demand of dowry of
Rs.25,000/- which was agreed at
the time of settling marriage.

accused does not deserve to be
