agricultural property owned by the
accused/applicant and executed sale
deeds, however, no mutation in the
revenue record was effected.
Applicant, as owner of the
property, applied to the competent
Revenue authorities for development
of the property, got it branded as
non agricultural and, thereafter,
decided to execute sale deed or
convey the same and, pursuant
thereto, has executed sale deed dt.
7.5.2010 in favour of Mahesh
Purushottam Lahoti. Considering

nature of accusations, custodial
interrogation not warranted. The
interim protection granted to the
accused dt.25th Jan.,2011 is made
absolute with the same terms.
