adjourned today to enable Mr. Jogalekar to make a statement regarding the stage of hearing of the said criminal complaints. Today, Mr. Joglekar accordingly makes a statement that at present the evidence before framing charge is being taken. He invited my attention to the Chart which is at Exhibit-F (page-84) to the petition. Perusal of the said Chart shows that the accused were absent on 16 occasions. He alleged that the accused are protracting the trial. The criminal cases could not become ready for hearing because of non co-operation of the accused persons. In these circumstances, I am of the opinion that the petition can conveniently be disposed by directing the concerned Magistrate, i.e., C.J.M., Pune to conclude the hearing on framing of charge as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today. Order accordingly.
