By these three applications, the
applicants/appellants want the appeals to be
disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of
Understanding which is recorded between the
parties and which is annexed as Exhibit-B to

the applications. The learned counsel for the
respondents/original accused states that the
appeals may be disposed of in those terms. In
the Memorandum of Understanding it was
mentioned that certain balance amount remained
to be paid. Now the learned counsel for the
applicants states that even that balance has
been paid. In view of this, all the above
applications are allowed. Criminal Appeal Nos.
821, 824 and 825 of 2008 are accordingly
disposed of. Bail bonds, if any, stand
cancelled and the sureties are discharged. The
applications accordingly stand disposed of.
