Earlier Bail Application No. 837 of 2010 and Bail Application No. 587 of 2010 were heard by different Benches and rejected on 22.7.2010 and 28.10.2010 respectively. The present is one more application preferred by the applicant/appellant through jail asking for his release during the pendency of the appeal bearing Criminal Appeal No.330 of 2010 challenging the order of conviction for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the I.P.C. The appellant was convicted for the offence and sentenced to suffer R.I.for ten years and fine of Rs.5,000/-. In view of earlier rejection of both the consecutive bail applications,
there is nothing to again reapprise the matter. Hence, present

application for bail stands dismissed and accordingly disposed of. Appeal to come up on board as per its own turn.
