1 Report is received from Police Station, Gangapur, District Aurangabad, stating that appellant, namely Pandharinath Atmaram Kakade is expired on 8.6.2002 and death certificate to that effect has been annexed therewith.
2 Perused the death certificate, dated 5.8.2011, issued by the Chief Officer, Nagar Parishad, Gangapur, District Aurangabad, which discloses that Pandharinath Atmaram Kakade is expired on 8.6.2002.
3 There is only one appellant i.e. Pandharinath
