On behalf of the Petitioner the learned counsel submits that they have not received the said order. At any rate, considering the decision of the State Government, in our opinion, nothing survives in this petition. If the Petitioner is entitled to challenge the order of rejection, he may do so independently and disposal
of this petition will not stand in his way.
In the event the petitioners are entitled to challenge the floating of the tender, then dismissal of this petition will not stand in his way.
