1 Petitioner has approached this Court on the issue of ‘No -hawking Zone’ on the West side of Ibrahim Rahimatulla Road, Pydhonie, Mumbai. Issue pertains to ‘No-hawking Zone’ was an issue before the learned Supreme Court, which had issued various directions pursuant to which committee has been appointed. Committee has submitted its report. In the light of that, in our opinion, there is no purpose in keeping this petition alive. The petitioners grievance will be governed by the order of the learned Supreme Court in those petitions.
