2.Learned A.P.P., on instructions, submits that the
complaint dated 2.1.2010 was wrongly addressed to Santacruz
Police Station and, therefore, on 25.2.2010 the Santacruz
Police Station has forwarded this complaint to the Marine
Lines Police Station. She further submits that the Marine
Lines Police Station is now looking into the complaint and
will take appropriate action. In view of this statement, Mr
Saraogi, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press
this writ petition. Petition is disposed of as not pressed.
