A. To quash the impugned order dated 30.9.2006 cancelling the promotion of the petitioner as Headmaster as well as Assistant Headmaster issued by the Chairman and Secretary of the respondent No.1 society Exh.K by issuing a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, as the case may be.
B. To quash the impugned order, dated 30.9.2000 promoting the respondent No.3 as Asstt. Headmaster and the order dated 1.10.2000 promoting the respondent No.3 as Headmaster, both issued by the respondent No.1-Society, by issuing a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, as the case may be.
C. To grant interim stay to the operation, execution and implementation of the impugned

E. To direct the respondent No.1 Society to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Headmaster presuming that the respondent No.3 was not promoted as Asst. Headmaster, on 29.9.2000 or anytime thereafter, pending hearing and final disposal of this petition.
F. To grant any other relief to which the petitioner is entitled to.
